Standard UK shipping

We offer FREE Royal Mail 2nd class shipping on all orders over £15.

For orders under £15, there is a £4.50 Royal Mail 2nd class postage charge. You can also choose £6.95 for a tracked next-day courier service*.

If your order is £30 or more, we will upgrade your delivery to a FREE tracked courier service.

Same Day Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon on the same day. We aim to process and dispatch all orders we receive within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).

Delivery times

Please note Royal Mail 2nd class takes 3-5 days to deliver but on some occasions, it can take longer. It is not a guaranteed service.

Our couriers deliver Monday – Friday, generally it’s a next-day delivery service, sometimes 48 hours. All courier deliveries to off-shore UK and Scottish Highlands are 48 hours. The courier will send your tracking information to the email and/or mobile number that you used when you checked out.

Please allow for an extra day for deliveries, as there may be delays outside of our control.

During busy periods such as bank holidays and the festive period, please allow more time for your order to be delivered.

TRADE AND WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS

Trade and wholesale orders for mainland UK receive free tracked courier shipping on orders over £96 (£80+vat). The minimum order for offshore orders is £144 (£120+vat), for free tracked courier shipping.

We dont currently ship outside of the UK.
