Organic bergamot

essential oil is pressed from the peel of wild-harvested Sicilian organic bergamot fruits.

Amour Natural’s organic bergamot oil is FCF (furocoumarin free) meaning the light sensitive components have been removed, and it is no longer phototoxic. Bergamot that is not FCF might damage your skin when applied and exposed to sunlight.

100% pure organic bergamot FCF essential oil – nothing else is added.

Blend 6-10 drops and add to a bath.

Mix 5 drops with water to use in an oil burner.

Mix 6-10 drops with hot water as an inhalation.

Mix 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil for massage.

Bergamot essential oil blends well with citrus oils, as well as lavender, cypress, neroli, jasmine, and chamomile.
