Lavender and chamomile essential oils are renowned for their sleep-inducing properties and sweet orange is used to help enhance positive feelings whilst you drift off to sleep.

Also available in 10ml 5% roller ball and 100ml 5% body and bath oil.

The lavender and roman chamomile essential oils are both steam distilled. The sweet orange essential oil is cold pressed.

100% pure lavender, roman chamomile and sweet orange essential oils.

Inhale straight from the bottle, add to an oil burner or electric diffuser or make a steam inhalation.

Mix 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil for massage or bath.

Mix 5 drops with water to use in a diffuser or burner.

Do not take internally.
